| Navarin of Lamb Adapted from a Taste.com.au recipe:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1kg lamb chops, fat
trimmed, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cups Chicken stock
1 cup dry white wine
dried thyme
dried bay leaves
chat potatoes, halved
carrots, ends trimmed, peeled
2 spring onions, ends trimmed
Brown lamb and vegetables, make sauce, add to casserole dish, cook for about 1 1/2 hours @ 180 Serve with Green beans, peas and cauliflower chesse |
